SOVEC was formed in 1960 in Grenoble, by four chartered accountants and auditors who wanted to combine their knowledge and create a modern, future-thinking company.

Our goal remains the same: to be a dynamic, respected, open-minded firm, attentive to our clients and prepared to change with our profession and the needs of our clients.

So that we can be as handy and available for our clients as possible, SOVEC wants to keep on opening new offices in the areas where we already have a presence, the Savoies, Hautes Alpes, the Drôme, the Ardèche, the Isère, the Rhône and in others Rhône-Alpes areas.

Adventi is born of the desire of chartered accountants, lawyers and computer specialists to see the birth of new expertise in areas such as take-overs, franchising, training, corporations and IT. Adventi offers global solutions to company heads, covering everything from strategy planning to operational implementation. Adventi boasts 900 collaborators in France and, as a member of the international GMN network, can provide support to entrepreneurs hoping to expand abroad.
